We are a women-led non-profit organization working at the grassroots level to empower women and girls across India. Since our inception, our mission has been clear: to create a just, inclusive, and equitable society where every woman has the right to live with dignity, free from fear and discrimination.
Born out of a desire to address the deep-rooted gender inequalities in our society, we began our journey in
1999, reaching out to underserved communities where women face barriers to education, employment, and basic rights. Over the years, we’ve grown into a strong network of dedicated social workers, volunteers, educators, and community leaders — all united by the vision of a better future for India’s women.
